Sarah Brennick,

Quality Enhancement Coordinator


As Argo Marketing Group’s Quality Enhancement Coordinator, Sarah Brennick aids in setting the company's strategic quality goals and direction for compliance standards.

Prior to Argo, Sarah has held several management level Quality Assurance/Training positions, in several large scale Direct Response operations.

Sarah is an experienced trainer and speaker on topics such as telemarketing law, call quality etiquette, and call center proffessionalism. and is a key member of the Argo Marketing team developing policies and processes that maximize revenue while increasing accuracy in script adherence, in turn increasing efficiencies overall.

Sarah also provides management oversight and support to the QA Compliance Section of multiple call centers, as well as ensures that they are in compliance to FDIC, FTC, and FCC regulations.
