Argo Marketing Contract With Hearthware Inc.

Argo Marketing recently announced a contract with Hearthware Inc. to conduct outbound recovery services via telemarketing and direct mail for Hearthware's flagship DR product, the NuWave Oven. Argo will put together a dynamic winback program with the ultimate goal of increasing universal conversion, lowering the media cost per order, and enhancing Hearthware's return on media investment.

Argo has retained the services of Innovative Marketing Services as the vendor of choice to work under Argo's management to conduct Stage One of recovery: outbound telemarketing. A print and mailing vendor has yet to be determined, and proposals are being accepted at this time.

Argo Marketing Makes Clean Sweep
With Rug Doctor Win

On Tuesday, Rug Doctor, Inc of Plano, Texas announced that they will be retaining the services of Auburn-based Argo Marketing Group to manage their direct marketing campaign. Rug Doctor and their subsidiary, Nature's Finest Candles, are hoping to improve the success of their direct marketing division by contracting Argo Marketing, a local direct response marketing agency specializing in all aspects of campaign management.

Argo Marketing will provide vendor management, quality enhancement, and campaign analysis to Rug Doctor and Nature's Finest Candles. They have already begun by helping to streamline and coordinate the call centers previously contracted by Rug Doctor.
