Kevin came to Argo with extensive industry experience in quality assurance and call center operations, ranging from tech support to customer service. In the past, he served as a manager for one of the industry’s leading call centers. At Argo, Kevin is a key member of the Quality Assurance team, monitoring calls for legal compliance and conducting weekly calibration calls for numerous clients and call centers. His position is integral to ensuring legal compliance for our clients, and helping to effect positive change.
