He has nearly 10 years of DR management experience and is knowledgeable in every facet of the industry. His experience is heavily relied upon by his clients, both in building campaigns from the ground up and in maintaining campaigns already running at full strength. |

As an Account Coordinator, Kevin is a key member of the Argo team; in addition to managing the day-to-day technology needs, he monitors calls for legal compliance and conducts calibration calls for numerous clients and call centers. His position is integral to ensuring legal compliance for our clients and helping to effect positive change. |

Amanda joined the Argo team as Account Coordinator in 2007. She brings with her a vast knowledge of the call center industry specializing in call quality, legal compliance, agent training as well as inbound and outbound sales.
Her previous experience includes managing compliance and quality for major client accounts at one of the industry's leading call centers. In addition, her skills allow her to assist various call centers and clients in achieving their individual quality goals. She is able to accomplish this by providing insight, feedback, recommendations as well as implementation of new processes and procedures that are vital to the success of any campaign.

Danielle Sicotte is a recent graduate of Suffolk University in Boston where she received her degree in Advertising with a minor in Marketing. During her time at Suffolk she completed an internship in which she learned the ins and outs of marketing and worked first hand in many aspects, including public relations, market research, and graphic design.
As Executive Assistant, Danielle supports all members of the Argo marketing team to ensure our client's success. Danielle manages office activity and personnel to keep Argo sailing smoothly.
